Steps
1)Make sure your feet are clean and dry before applying the product.
2)Apply a sufficient amount on calves, soles and dorsal surface of the feet, gently massaging until absorbed. Avoid using the cream in the areas between the toes.
3)Repeat for the second time during the day, preferably as a morning - evening routine.
Tip
The gentle, circular massage, during the application can also enhance microcirculation.
