RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RETURN ORDER

 

14 DAYS WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

 

 

According to the EU Regulation you have the right to return the products you bought in our online store within 14 days with a refund (see details below).

You can return your purchases for any reason - even if you just changed your mind.

 

 

The 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to all markets.

The right of withdrawal from article 4 § 10 of law 2251/1994 does not apply:

In product categories that concern:

  • Supply of perishable goods (eg baby food).

  • Supply of goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (eg lingerie, women's swimwear)

  • Supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health reasons or for hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (eg headphones, razors, personal care products)

  • Supply of sealed goods that can be damaged and that have been unsealed after delivery (eg drinks, coffee)

  • Supply of sealed audio recordings or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, unsealed after delivery (eg video games)

  • Products used or personalized upon receipt (eg RAM, Hard disks) Products that have been made to order, according to specifications set by the consumer (eg mug with photo I have chosen, keychain with dedication I have chosen)

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the date of delivery of the products.

However, if the end of the withdrawal period coincides with a holiday, the deadline is extended until the next working day.

The right to return or exchange products is valid provided the consumer has the receipt of purchase.


 

HOW TO CANCEL-RETURN AN ORDER

You must inform us that you want to cancel your purchase, it is not enough just to return the products.

You can inform us:

  • by filling out an online return form on our website (electronic return form).
  • with a standard withdrawal form at the same time as returning the products, for example, by adding a written statement to the products you return by post
  • by sending an email to info@efarmakeio.gr.

** You must return the products within 14 days after informing the dealer.


 

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Packaging and products: must be in their original "factory" condition.
  2. The shipment to us must be made so that the product (s) is protected from any damage or deterioration.
  3. The shipment should be made with the cooperating company that has made the initial shipment.
  • In the event that no error occurs on the part of our company, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
  • In case that the erron is occured by our company the expenses will be charged to efarmakeio.gr.
  1. The purchase document must be returned to us:
  • Retail receipt: In case of issuance of a retail receipt for returns, it is necessary to send it together with the product.
  • Delivery Note: In case of invoice issuance, the return must be made with a delivery note


 

MONEY RETURN


In the event that no error occurs on the part of our company: only the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products is refunded.

  • The costs are charged exclusively to the customer. (shipping, cash on delivery, in case there were free shipping costs on your order, there will be a charge corresponding to the shipping costs of the order through our online store which corresponds to €3.50 regardless of the shipping company of the order).

Your refund will be made if the product is deemed eligible for a refund within 14 days from the day of receipt by the shipping company (please provide us with your bank account number, in case that the payment was made via credit card then there will be a Credit Card Refund).


In case the product is not considered eligible for return it will be returned to the sender (customer) at his own expense.


In case of error of our company: we will fully refund you the money that corresponds to the value of the order and the costs, provided that the error has been confirmed by us.

 

In case that you do not receive your order: only the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products is returned.
