DIRECTIONS
Apply internally, using disposable applicators or externally, with the use of a finger.
Always use the disposal applicator when applying Intravaginally.
During menopause:
1 applicator every 2 days
1 applicator every week for maintenance
Occasional dryness:
1 applicator every 3 days
